Profile Medical Aesthetics is an established luxury medical aesthetics practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, natural-looking results, and advanced aesthetic treatments. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Injector to join our team.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated RN with experience in cosmetic injectables and energy-based aesthetic devices who is committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and ongoing professional development.
Our providers work with some of the industry's leading technologies, including Cartessa VirtueRF, DEKA CO₂ laser technology (CoolPeel® and resurfacing), IPL, Nd:YAG, laser hair removal, and advanced injectable therapies.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Safely administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and other aesthetic injectable treatments.
- Perform laser and energy-based treatments including:
- RF Microneedling
- DEKA CO₂ Laser Resurfacing
- CoolPeel®
- IPL Photorejuvenation
- Nd:YAG Vascular Treatments
- Laser Hair Removal
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate injectable and device-based treatments to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care.
- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products to support and maintain treatment results.
- Capture standardized before-and-after photography.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
- Follow all medical, safety, and infection control protocols.
- Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional patient care and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the medical and front desk teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Participate in continuing education and advanced aesthetic training.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine required.
- Demonstrated experience independently performing cosmetic injectable treatments.
- Experience operating aesthetic laser platforms and energy-based devices.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and comprehensive aesthetic treatment planning.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for continued education and staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, and Xeomin®
- Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
- Sculptra®
- PRF/PRP and regenerative aesthetic treatments
- RF Microneedling
- DEKA CO₂ laser systems
- IPL and Nd:YAG laser platforms
- Laser Hair Removal
- Experience recommending and retailing medical-grade skincare products
