- 2-3 + Years of CNC Set Up or Program Editing experience on mills or lathes required
- Experience with Fanuc/Yasnac Controls preferred
- Gear Cutting or Gear MFG experience preferred

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities:
- This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce parts and custom gears for aerospace, defense, and industrial customers
- Responsibilities include machine setups, program edits, reading blueprints, running production, and troubleshooting issues
- Additional duties may include adjusting tooling/offsets, in-process inspections, and assisting with deburring/finishing
