We are looking for a CNC Machinist/Setup person that thrives on working with challenging and different projects.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Able to work with tight tolerances
- Able to work alone or in a team
- Set up and operate CNC 3 axis mill & lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating Haas CNC lathes is required
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with Fanuc logic controllers and programming
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
