Mark of Mastery Consulting is hiring a Verizon Team Member to work directly with customers throughout the Sarasota area. In this role, you'll meet with customers, introduce Verizon products and services, answer questions, and help individuals choose solutions that fit their communication and connectivity needs. If you enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and building confidence through face-to-face interactions, we'd love to meet you.
Verizon Team Member Role Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers in person to discuss Verizon products, services, and current promotions
- Educate customers on available wireless, internet, and telecommunications solutions
- Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend products that best fit their lifestyle and budget
- Answer questions clearly while addressing customer concerns with professionalism
- Build positive relationships by providing an outstanding customer experience
- Guide customers through service options, features, pricing, and available promotions
- Assist customers with account enrollments, upgrades, and service selections
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments
- Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure satisfaction and answer additional questions
- Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, and company updates through ongoing training
- Represent the company professionally at community events and customer outreach opportunities
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Maintain compliance with company policies, customer privacy standards, and sales procedures
- Participate in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and skill development activities
- Continuously develop communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Verizon Team Member Ideal Candidate:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable learning product and service information and explaining it to customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
