Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
- Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks, ensuring proper techniques are used.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
- Document patient progress and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent patient service by welcoming patients and addressing their needs.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an inpatient setting or clinic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others recover and improve their quality of life.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
