Join the housekeeping team at a world-class luxury beachfront resort in Naples, Florida.
We are seeking experienced Guest Room & Turndown Attendants who understand the attention to detail, cleanliness, discretion, and elevated service standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms to exceptional standards, including cleaning and sanitizing bedrooms and bathrooms, changing linens and towels, making beds, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, removing room-service items, reporting maintenance concerns, and ensuring each room is fully prepared for the guest experience.
Depending on the shift, responsibilities may also include turndown service, refreshing towels and amenities, preparing beds, adjusting lighting and drapes, removing dishes and waste, and adding thoughtful finishing touches to guest rooms.

Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:
- Previous professional housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, private club, or comparable hospitality environment is highly preferred. Candidates with hands-on guest room or turndown experience will be strongly considered.
- Must understand professional guest-room cleaning, linen changes, bed preparation, bathroom sanitation, amenity replenishment, and housekeeping standards.
- Must be comfortable working in a physically active, detail-oriented hospitality environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
