Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage daily inventory and restocking supplies.
- Assist customers with product upgrades and improvements.
- Assist management trainees with securing orders and paperwork
- Prioritize tasks effectively through time management skills to ensure timely completion of sales/order duties while maintaining high-quality customer support.
- Assist customers with service calls
Skills
- Proven experience with customer service skills is a plus but NOT NECESSARY!
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service and/or sales
- Basic knowledge of retail math
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,450.00 per week
