PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. The COTA will provide skilled occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting patients in achieving their highest level of independence through individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner (EMR).
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient status.
- Follow all facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current Michigan COTA license required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or neurological rehabilitation preferred.
Flexible PRN schedule, no weekends. Competitive pay based on experience.
