Overview
We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented, positive community impact individuals to join our Holey Grail Donuts team in Honolulu.
This role requires focus, consistency, the ability to work alone and with a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts are available. Looking for at least one weekend day available.
As a Donut Prophet, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive team culture, preparing high-quality donuts and beverages, fulfilling guests orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This is a hands-on position that involves both front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Craft donuts and prepare drinks to standardFulfill and hand off completed orders
- Prepare ingredients (housemade milks, ingredients, toppings)
- Restock stations and maintain inventory throughout shift
- Wash dishes and keep all areas clean and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Dependable and punctual — consistently shows up on time and ready to work
- Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20+ Ib
- Team-oriented with strong communication skill
- Attention to cleanliness, detail, and food presentation
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
Compensation & Benefits:
- $16 per hour including tips (electronic + cash)

Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time
- 14-30 hours per week
- Shifts available mornings, afternoons, and evenings
