Responsibilities of the Bilingual AT&T Account Representative
- Coordinate accounts by helping customers review their AT&T accounts, ensuring each plan aligns with their usage and needs.
- Support sales efforts by helping customers compare wireless plans, upgrades, and device options that fit their everyday needs.
- Maintain accurate account details while ensuring customers understand their mobile features, billing, and service benefits.
- Present AT&T’s latest smartphones, accessories, and mobile promotions in simple, relatable language that supports sales momentum.
- Assist customers with plan adjustments, upgrade eligibility, and account questions to strengthen long‑term satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after enrollment to reinforce account clarity and support ongoing wireless sales opportunities.
Qualifications of the Bilingual AT&T Account Representative
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in account coordination or sales is a plus.
- Prior Bilingual AT&T Account Representative experience is highly desriable.
