Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, team‑oriented, and eager to build a long‑term career in the insurance industry. Prior insurance experience is preferred but not required — we provide training and support to help you succeed.
Once fully trained, team members may qualify for hybrid work arrangements, offering flexibility and work‑life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client outreach — Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound communication.
- Insurance advising — Assess client needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and life insurance solutions.
- Policy management — Assist clients with applications, renewals, and coverage updates.
- Relationship building — Maintain long‑term client relationships through consistent follow‑up and service.
- Sales growth — Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with uncapped earning potential.
- Team collaboration — Work closely with team members and leadership to support agency goals.
Qualifications
- Insurance experience preferred but not required.
- Home & Auto and Life Insurance certifications preferred but not required.
- If unlicensed, must be willing to obtain required licenses within the first month of employment.
- Hardworking, driven, coachable, and a team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment
This role begins with in‑office training in Tyler, Texas, to ensure you’re fully supported and set up for success. After demonstrating proficiency, you may transition to a hybrid schedule offering Tuesday and Thursday work from home days.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
