- Seeking an individual to work under the direct supervision of a Senior Project Manager to execute the daily activities required for our commercial projects
- Applicants should have some (limited is OK) Commercial Construction Management experience and/or an educational background in Construction Management
- This individual will be relied upon to aggressively, thoroughly, and expediently assist with Project Documentation, Material Procurement, Labor Management, and Client relations
- Most or our Projects would be for existing clients with whom we have long standing relationships, but require the highest level of quality & expediency
- Some travel may be required to support the construction of our numerous out of state projects
- Must have some auto-CAD and Bluebeam proficiency to draft shop drawings of a roof area and project- specific details and have excellent and professional communication skills.
- Spanish speaking, reading, and writing skills are also desired.
