Drying Tech is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial leader to launch and grow our Chattanooga operation. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, including emergency response, sales, project management, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. The ideal candidate understands that restoration is a 24/7 service business where speed matters. When a customer experiences a water, fire, or mold emergency, our ability to respond quickly, build trust, and take action is what sets us apart. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Respond quickly to incoming water, fire, and mold opportunities.
- Perform inspections and develop scopes of work.
- Convert leads into signed projects.
- Follow up on pending opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Operations Management
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Chattanooga branch.
- Schedule crews, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to Drying Tech standards.
- Maintain quality control throughout the mitigation process.
- Resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional customer service.
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and develop technicians.
- Hold team members accountable to company expectations.
- Foster a culture of urgency, professionalism, accountability, and customer care.
Financial Management
- Manage branch profitability and job performance.
- Monitor budgets, job costing, collections, and key performance indicators.
- Review estimates, invoices, and project documentation for accuracy.
- Work with leadership to drive growth and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership or management experience required.
- Restoration industry experience required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of results.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
