We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms
- Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Strong culinary knowledge and food industry experience, especially in fine dining or upscale environments
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques, including upselling menu items and specials
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced nightclub or restaurant setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
- Experience in serving, bussing tables, host/hostess duties or related food service roles is highly desirable
