Duties

- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination.
- Support menu planning efforts by suggesting improvements and new dish ideas based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with catering orders and special event setups as needed, providing excellent food service to all guests.
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of special dietary needs and restrictions.
- Strong culinary experience with proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
