CODEXEDOC is an open-source Learning Operating System designed to help people learn more effectively through proven learning science—not by replacing learning with AI, but by giving users the tools to organize knowledge, practice active recall, schedule review sessions, and track mastery over time.
Version 1 is currently in development, and we’re looking for passionate developers to join the founding engineering team. This is an opportunity to help build the platform from the ground up and have a meaningful impact on its direction.
What You’ll Work On
- Building core features with Next.js and TypeScript
- Designing and improving the user interface and user experience
- Implementing learning-focused workflows
- Fixing bugs and improving performance
- Collaborating with other contributors through GitHub
- Helping shape the architecture and future direction of CODEXEDOC

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an expert. If you’re motivated, willing to learn, and interested in building something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
Ideal qualities include:
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Familiarity with React or Next.js
- A willingness to collaborate and accept feedback
- Good communication skills
- An interest in education and learning
