Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating services that suit their needs
- Engage customers through active listening, understanding their preferences, and offering tailored solutions
- Support credit card processing activities by verifying customer information and assisting with financial transactions when applicable
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining a positive experience
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure product availability for customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is a MUST; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential in this role as the sales consultant
- Customer experience and journey is essential to making long term clients
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members
