We’re hiring a full time data entry / office assistant candidate. This position is for a small furniture company. We are a team of remote Sales Professionals, Warehouse Employees, and an on-site President. We are seeking candidates with Office Assistant experience preferably within office work and sales.
Responsibilities:
* Data entry w. speed and accuracy required.
*Must know MS Office very well.
* Manage onsite customers and handle order processing.
* Manage light bookkeeping.
* Manage all orders with customers from a logistical standpoint.
* Maintain office standards throughout the day and supervise all day to day activities
Requirements.
* High school diploma; Bachelor's degree or Associates degree is a plus.
* Must be highly organized and be able to bring organizational ideas to the company to assist with efficiency.
* Must also have Office experience.
* Must be Customer Service oriented and must be a People Person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
