RN/LVN HOME HEALTH
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in home health and office personnel
· Prior experience with Oasis & Coding
· Preferred experience with Pre-Claim Review clinical documentation
· Must have current Texas License as Licensed Vocational Nurse/Registered Nurse, current driver’s license and CPR certification.
· Must have valid car insurance.
Job Description:
· Make an initial health evaluation and individualized plan of care.
· Perform duties for Director of Nursing as needed.
· Assists intake and Oasis team of compliant F2F documentation from SOCs.
· Perform all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors
· Communicate with patients' family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
· Demonstrate appropriate hand washing technique to ensure proper infection control and follows universal precautions
· Clean and dress wounds.
· Document symptoms and vital signs.
· Monitor patient health and update care plan accordingly.

Pay: $26.00 - $86.00 per hour
