Stolen Sun Craft Brewing & Roasting Company is growing, and we're looking for talented, hardworking kitchen professionals to join our team immediately.
We're a scratch kitchen that does a little bit of everything—from slow-smoked BBQ and crispy fried chicken to creative gastropub favorites. If you're passionate about food, enjoy learning new skills, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of line cook or relevant kitchen experience
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-player mentality
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and efficiently
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Assist with menu execution and development
- Support inventory management and kitchen organization
- Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist with catering and special events as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience working in high-volume kitchen environments preferred
- Familiarity with BBQ, scratch cooking, and gastropub-style cuisine is a plus
- Strong communication and time-management skills
