Firearm Sales Associate Job Description:
Must have firearms experience/knowledge, be at least 21 years of age, and have the ability to handle firearms.
As a sales associate for the Firearms department you will be expected to assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions. You will restock merchandise to ensure the department and merchandise displays are organized and full. You will perform general cleaning duties such as dusting and vacuuming to ensure a presentable department. You will also perform other duties as assigned by management. Reports directly to the Department Manager and the Assistant Managers.
Application Requirements:
- Must be a customer service oriented team player and have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Knowledge of company products and services and broad knowledge of the Shooting Sports (firearms) Industry.
- Strong visual merchandise ability.
- Must have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have the ability to stay current with industry product advances.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Qualified candidates should have availability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of days, nights and weekends per business needs - Monday, Friday and Saturday availability is a must.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
