We are a New York–based high-end jewelry company seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Company President, including real-time interpretation for business meetings, jewelry presentations, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage general secretarial responsibilities independently. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; fluency in French is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the Company President during business engagements and deliver real-time Mandarin–English interpretation to facilitate effective communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Showcase jewelry pieces to clients at private exhibitions and related events. Provide engaging product presentations and clear explanations, highlighting design concepts and craftsmanship to elevate the brand image and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and working closely with the President to ensure smooth daily operations and overall efficiency.
- Handle general secretarial duties such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and liaising with internal teams and external contacts, while working closely with the president to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute off-site marketing activities, including jewelry exhibitions and promotional events.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; fluency in French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably with prior experience as a secretary.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with a strong customer service attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience or knowledge of the jewelry industry is highly preferred.
- Candidates with a background in fine arts, painting, or design are preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- This position requires in-office work from Monday to Friday; remote work is not available.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $84,500.00 per year
