We are a 24-hour Caribbean-format radio station serving South Florida - Reggae, Dancehall, Soca, Calypso, R&B, and Gospel. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and closing advertising deals . Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored advertising solutions across various platforms. Earnings & Rewards
Your effort drives your paycheck — uncapped commission
- Ramp-up period: earn commission plus training pay / one week draw of up to $400.00 while you learn our proven sales process.
- After ramp-up: [100%] commission with UNCAPPED earning potential — the more you close and renew, the more you earn.
- Earn commission of [15%] on each campaign you sell, with [10% residual / renewal commission on accounts you keep on the air].
Responsibilities
- Connect local businesses — restaurants, attorneys, money-transfer, real estate, auto, events, and more — with our Caribbean-American audience.
- Listen first: understand each advertiser’s customers and goals, then recommend the right campaign instead of a one-off spot.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research to expand the client base.
- Develop customized advertising proposals that meet client needs, demonstrating the value of our media solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively by leveraging strong sales negotiation skills and understanding of client objectives.
- Deliver an excellent experience from first call to on-air launch and follow-up.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results for clients.
- Utilize sales management systems to track leads, monitor pipeline progress, and generate reports on sales activity.
- Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new growth areas.

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing and managing customer accounts successfully.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, marketing strategies, and technical sales approaches.
- A proactive mindset with experience in warm calling and developing new leads within a competitive landscape.
Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
