Job Title: Test Technician (Medical Devices)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Length of Assignment: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $27/hr - $33/hr all-in rate (depending on experience)
Job Description:
Seeking a Test Technician to support R&D testing activities for medical devices. The role will focus primarily on mechanical testing, including pull, flex, torque, extension/retraction, fatigue, and electrical testing of products. Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of following testing protocols, accurately documenting results, and working independently within a laboratory environment.
Must Have Skills:
- AA Degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- 1+ year of experience as a Technician, Operator, Assembler, Test Technician, or similar hands-on role
- Experience operating technical or complex equipment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to follow test protocols and procedures independently
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Experience collecting and documenting test data
- Medical device testing experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Tensile testing experience
- Microscope measurement experience
- Electrical measurement or testing experience
- Experience supporting R&D testing activities
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
