Manage daily project estimating and bidding objectives, preparing comprehensive and detailed cost analyses from bid data
Establish and maintain a strong network of local subcontractors and suppliers
Evaluate project bidding opportunities through the Go/No Go exercise and update the project team on weekly opportunity reporting
Engage directly with potential and current clients through meetings, face to face interviews, and regional outreach expos
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
Estimating experience in the Life Sciences sector strongly preferred
Knowledgeable in on screen takeoff software; SAGE experience is desirable
