Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and supplies
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens if necessary or requested by client
- Ensure proper sanitation standards are maintained throughout the home by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal
- Assist with light housekeeping management tasks such as organizing clutter and maintaining storage areas
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ privacy and preferences while delivering high-quality cleaning services is a must and mandatory.
Requirements
- Understanding that this is an independent contractor position, not an employee position.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and providing excellent customer service.
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types
- Ability to lift up to 10-25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Access to a smartphone with text messaging, email, and the ability to take and send before-and-after photos.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining hygiene in residential settings
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different home environments and client needs; previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous

Pay: $22.56 - $27.17 per hour
