Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales by applying technology product knowledge, understanding customer needs, and recommending the right solutions.
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotes with precision, ensuring pricing, configurations, and lead times are accurate and aligned with customer requirements.
- Execute high‑volume orders from entry through delivery, maintaining exceptional accuracy and ensuring on‑time fulfillment.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a service‑first mindset that builds trust and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to confirm product availability, technical specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems, ensuring all interactions, quotes, and order updates are documented and current.
- Identify revenue opportunities based on customer needs and pricing.
- Resolve customer issues quickly by troubleshooting order discrepancies, shipment delays, or product questions with urgency and professionalism.
- Support the sales team with forecasting, pipeline updates, and customer insights derived from daily interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, technology sales, or customer-facing roles within a technology‑driven solutions environment.
- Strong understanding of technology products, specifications, and software‑based selling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume quoting and order processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred, and standard productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
