Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Grocery Frozen Clerk to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the frozen food section, ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and presented to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have retail store experience and a strong knowledge of retail products, particularly in frozen foods. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy lifting regularly to manage stock replenishment and product organization.
Duties
- Stock and organize frozen food products on shelves, ensuring they are properly rotated and displayed according to store standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the frozen food section.
- Assist customers with locating products and answer questions related to frozen food items.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management for replenishment.
- Safely handle heavy lifting involved in moving large or bulk frozen products.
- Ensure all products are stored at appropriate temperatures and adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the section is well-maintained and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous retail store experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of retail store products, especially in frozen foods, is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
