Job Description:
This isn’t your average entry-level role. As a B2B Marketing Coordinator, you’ll enter a structured leadership development program designed to take you from the ground floor to management—fast.
You’ll start by mastering B2B sales and marketing, then quickly level up into team leadership, territory management, and strategy. The more you grow, the more responsibility (and opportunity) you earn.
Responsibilities:
- Execute B2B sales & marketing campaigns with local DFW businesses
- Build and grow client accounts through relationships, referrals, and upselling
- Coordinate team initiatives and contribute to a winning team environment
- Manage territories and market expansion
- Track performance metrics and help drive team results
- Train in leadership and mentor newer team members
- Work alongside leadership on growth strategy and execution
