Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RN or LPN to join our growing team. This role supports both our women’s health and wellness services, assisting providers with patient care, treatment coordination, and clinical procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values patient relationships, and is comfortable working in both insurance-based and cash-pay care models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient visits, exams, and procedures
- Administer injections, medications, and IV therapies as appropriate
- Support hormone therapy and weight management programs
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Monitor patient progress and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Coordinate lab orders, results, and patient communication
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with front office and billing teams to support patient care continuity
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in women’s health, wellness, or medspa settings is a plus
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable with technology and EMR systems
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board.
- Proven experience in diverse clinical environments including hospital medicine, ICU/CCU, emergency medicine, or long-term care facilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and laboratory procedures such as specimen collection and processing.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or similar platforms for documentation and patient management.
- Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations while maintaining strict infection control practices; familiarity with CPT coding is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for triage assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration; ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as urgent care or outpatient clinics.

Pay: $37.48 - $45.13 per hour
