Job description:
Our Building Materials Laborer team is a small, hard-working crew that keeps inventory moving and Auction-ready. We take large manufacturer shipments and break them down into Auction-ready packs that are easier for our customers to handle. Along the way, we sort out any damaged or low-quality items and tag everything for our Processing team to finalize.

Candidates must have stamina and be prepared to work inside or outside in all weather conditions.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Laborer to join our Building Materials team. This position involves physical labor, requiring you to handle, sort, and organize materials both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. As part of this team, your work will directly impact the efficiency of our Auction processes. You will help break down large shipments into manageable Auction packs, ensuring that each product meets quality standards. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in completing tasks with attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assembling cabinets and product samples
- Tagging products and sorting building materials
- Moving inventory around the sorting area
- Sawing boards to make “chalks” (stickers) for securing lumber
- Helping teammates as needed, indoors and outdoors
- Completing simple paperwork to track daily tasks
- Operating a forklift — or willing to learn
What We’re Looking For
- Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Has handled building products or similar materials before
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
- Good communicator with legible handwriting
- Takes pride in completing a full day’s work efficiently and accurately

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Occasional overtime depending on deadlines
