Pay: $60,000 – $100,000 / year, depending on your experience

Are You the Right Fit?
- You Know the Stuff: At least 3 years in the trades (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical). You speak the language.
- You’re a Spec Expert: When a new HVAC install comes across your desk, you know exactly what equipment matches, what’s in stock, and what’s reliable.
- You’re Organized but Gritty: You can handle a fleet of vans and a mountain of inventory without losing your cool.
- You Take Ownership: You treat the shop like it’s yours. It’s clean, it’s stocked, and it’s ready for the morning rush.
Your Day-to-Day
- Speccing & Ordering: Researching and pulling the trigger on equipment for HVAC installs and big projects.
- Keeping the Shelves Ready: Buying and receiving parts so the service guys aren't waiting on a delivery truck to finish a call.
- Staging for Success: Making sure the guys have their kits staged and ready to go before they even pull into the lot in the morning.
- Inventory Control: Keeping the shop "lean and mean." We want what we need on hand, without wasting space.
- Fleet Management: Keeping the vans on the road. You’ll handle the maintenance schedules, tags, and fuel cards.
