Facility Maintenance Technician
SUMMARY
Silverthorn is currently seeking a quality conscious facility maintenance technician with a high work ethic. Must be honest, reliable, and have a neat, clean appearance. Boat driving experience a plus!!
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year related experience and/or training
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following
- Inspect/repair UST’s, pump house, piping, valves, and spill buckets of fuel system
- Inspect conduit runs from paint shed to termination points
- Inspect and record meter readings of septic pumps/utility dispenser
- Empty all trash receptacles at cabins/parking lots-take trailer to transfer station
- Assess all parking lots for safety issues/illegally parked cars/trash/debris
- Inspect water plant/perform turbidity, cl2 testing/inspect water tanks
- Perform (TA) turn around and maintenance in cabins
- Inspect leech field, monitor switch valves/monitor wells
- Ensure all security lighting is operable
- Inspect/grease bearings/check wiring/batteries/jack on trash trailers
- Inspect/repair evaporative coolers on site
- Perform vehicle inspections
- Ensure correct labeling on all electrical panels
- Place needed orders through the proper purchasing agent
- Complete knowledge of the fuel dispensing system is crucial

Experience Shasta Lake’s premier vacation destination as a member of the Silverthorn Inc. Team. EOE Pre-Employment drug screening required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
