We are seeking a paralegal with an interest in and passion for immigration to work on a full-time basis.
Job Description:
- Preparing forms for employment-based immigration filings, including H-1Bs, R-1s, EB-1s, O-1s, etc.;
- Drafting Cover Letters for H-1B filings;
- Preparing Cover Letters in response to basic Requests for Evidence;
- Scanning, photocopying, and printing;
- Organizing and paginating documents for employment-based immigration filings; and
- Emailing and calling clients.
Job Requirements:
- Highschool graduate;
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience as an employment-based Immigration Paralegal;
- Must have competency in basic rules of grammar as necessary to draft correspondences to clients in a professional manner;
- Must be competent in Microsoft Word;
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Must have strong organizational skills
