What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Screen visitors, vendors, packages, and/or deliveries entering the location, verify credentials and authorizations, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or suspicious items through proper channels.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assist with initial documentation, and communicate with property management and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of designated lobby, entry, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related procedures throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
