Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Summary
Pella Windows and Doors of Dayton is seeking a reliable, safety-minded Warehouse Material Handler / Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure an efficient flow of windows and doors through our facility — from unloading trucks to scanning, staging, and preparing products for delivery. You will also assist with driving and delivering product to customer job sites using company vehicles (CDL not required).

Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload Pella trucks and third-party deliveries
- Drive company delivery truck (non-CDL) to customer job sites as scheduled
- Assist in unloading product at job sites and ensuring proper handling
- Accurately move, label, stage, and scan products into inventory
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment (training provided)
- Prepare materials for next-day delivery routes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas
- Perform cycle counts and support quarterly inventories
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Perform additional general labor, housekeeping, or assembly tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years of warehouse, material handling, or delivery experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- CDL not required
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to be trained)
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills

Schedule
- Hours 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (M-F)
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- In-person role at our Kettering, OH warehouse with local driving
