Must be able to work with PLANSWIFT construction software in estimating residential and commercial construction projects of all types to include new custom homes, remodeling, and repair work. Must be able to use CAD software to create drawings with accurate measurements . Ability to read and retain NC Residential building code, as well as requirements for each city/county we work in. Office located in Surf City so please consider drive time to work. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and ability to communicate professionally to vendors, subcontractors, customers, via phone, text, or email.
