WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This is a sales role where you will educate homeowners and help them explore water treatment options that fit their needs. In this position, you will:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss water quality concerns and household needs
- Perform simple in-home water testing demonstrations
- Recommend customized water treatment systems in a clear and professional way
- Participate in ongoing coaching and skill development sessions
Each appointment helps you build communication skills, confidence, and earning potential.
EARNINGS AND ADVANCEMENT
Training Period: $4,000-$6,000 first month potential
First Year Average: $60,000-$80,000 annually
Experienced Consultants: $85,000-$150,000+ annually
Top Producers: $150,000-$200,000+ annually
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission opportunities. Many top performers exceed these ranges through consistency and effort.
