We are seeking a passionate Outpatient Therapist (LLMSW, LMSW, LMFT or LPC) to join our team of dedicated professionals in a faith-based, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Position Details:
- Status: Part-Time and Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (10:00am-6:00pm) and potentially Saturdays (10:00am–2:00pm). Schedule details may be discussed further during the interview.
- Hours: 17-40
- Location: Portage, MI 49024
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- Must be in good standing with the Michigan Board of appropriate study & National Regulatory bodies.
- Pass drug screen test and background check.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Desired Certifications/Trainings: EMDR, CPT-PTSD, DBT, Trauma Certificate.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Engage in crisis intervention when necessary.
- Stay updated on best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development. Provide facility with copies of CEU's.
- Malpractice insurance (a 1M/3M policy).
- Must be available a minimum of 17–40 hours per week on-site, typically 2-5 days per week. Current scheduling needs include Monday through Friday (exact times to be determined), and potentially Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Opportunities to perform: Workshops/Groups if desired.
IMPORTANT:
We are hiring 2-3 clinicians immediately for a rapidly growing facility with a waiting list. Interviews will be performed 1-2 weeks of receiving your application. An offer within 3-5 weeks of receiving the application. Credentialing can take time but during this waiting period you will begin our onboarding process!

Pay: $75,877.53 - $91,379.39 per year
