Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Banquet Coffee Break Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will elevate guest experiences during events and conferences. Responsibilities
- Set up coffee stations with beverages, cups, utensils, and light snacks in accordance with event specifications.
- Serve coffee, tea, and refreshments promptly and courteously to guests during scheduled breaks or events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station throughout service periods.
- Replenish supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability of beverages and snacks.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing used items to uphold a tidy service area.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for guest service is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety protocols is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude toward guest interactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving supplies.
- Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus; hotel or restaurant experience highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
