I am currently conducting a confidential search on behalf of a highly respected and growing Indiana-based financial institution seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to help expand its commercial banking presence throughout the state.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing commercial banking relationships throughout Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of business clients while partnering with an organization that values relationship banking, sound credit practices, and exceptional member service.
Qualified candidates should possess experience managing and underwriting commercial credit relationships ranging from approximately $1 million to $25 million in exposure.
They would like to see a minimum of three years of commercial lending experience
