Lemurea & Life is a jewelry and lifestyle brand based in Irvine, California. Inspired by the beautiful California coast, we are a natural crystal ritual jewelry brand dedicated to creating content that feels natural, beautiful, meaningful, and emotionally connected to everyday life. We are currently building a robust brand content ecosystem centered around jewelry, crystal healing, daily rituals, the California lifestyle, self-connection, gifting, and emotional value.
We are seeking a Part-Time Short-Form Video On-Camera Talent to be the face of our daily brand content and commercial short-form video productions.
Role Summary
This is an onsite, part-time role for someone who genuinely loves being on camera, possesses a strong sense of style, communicates confidently, and projects a natural presence. You will be helping us showcase our jewelry and crystal collections.
Note: You do not need to worry about professional filming or editing. Our in-house production team handles all the heavy lifting, including filming, lighting, and post-production. Your core focus will be appearing on camera and assisting with simple product prep and scene setup.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Camera Content Creation: Star in short-form videos and brand content featuring our jewelry and crystal collections.
- Multi-Platform Distribution: Content will be featured across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), brand channels, commercial short-form ads, paid creatives, and website visuals.
- Diverse Video Styles: Participate in non-speaking lifestyle scenes (product experiences, unboxing, daily wear, ritual routines, gifting, etc.) as well as simple, speaking UGC-style or educational/informative content.
- Product Modeling: Naturally wear, style, and showcase jewelry on camera. This includes filming hand close-ups, try-on shots, and product interaction clips.
Requirements
- On-Camera Confidence: Enthusiastic about appearing on camera for jewelry, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle content.
- Aesthetic & Style Sense: Possess a strong eye for lifestyle aesthetics, visual details, and a fashionable brand-aligned image.
- Engaging Personality: Bright, positive, and communicative on camera; able to deliver a warm, authentic, approachable, and lifestyle-friendly presence.
- Versatility: Comfortable with both visual/demonstration video styles and spoken/mouthpiece video content.
- Team Player: Willing to assist with light shoot preparations, product organization, and simple scene setup.
- Professional Attributes: Responsible, detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Must be flexible and cooperative during shoots, with the ability to adjust movements, expressions, and delivery based on creative direction.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
- A genuine interest in jewelry, crystals, self-care, lifestyle content, gifting, or the California aesthetic.
- Prior experience appearing on camera for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other mainstream U.S. short-form video platforms.
- A solid baseline understanding of U.S. social media content and short-form video trends.
- Experience with speaking content, product introductions, or conversational "soft-sell" content.
- Background in beauty, wellness, jewelry, accessories, or lifestyle industries.
- Experience with hand modeling, jewelry try-ons, product modeling, or lifestyle photoshoots.
