POSITION REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor.
FUNCTIONS: To maintain the Corporate office and restaurant buildings.
FACIAL HAIR REQUIREMENTS:
If you have facial hair/beard, you MUST be closely shaven OR shaved completely per Health Code requirements, no exceptions. Beard nets are not allowed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Repair and maintain restaurant commercial equipment.

Manage facility repair and maintenance workflow in Service Channel.
-
Complete facility repairs in a timely manner at both the corporate office and restaurant locations.

Regularly inspect the corporate office and restaurant locations for building repair needs and maintenance issues as well as hazardous conditions.

Create, manage, and respond to facility repair and maintenance work orders at assigned.
-
Complete regular inspections to identify and repair problems.
-
Complete repairs in flooring, ceiling tiles, painting, drywall, and general building repair.

Complete all required plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repair and maintenance as assigned.

Ability to conduct basic plumbing work including the ability to caulk and apply sealant when needed.

Perform preventive maintenance and ensure completion of work orders to meat the restaurant needs.

Maintain parking area and curb maintenance.
-
Repair roof leaks.
-
Report daily to the Maintenance Supervisor on jobs completed and status.

Communicate with Operations, Department Heads and Vendors.

Reports on work schedule and repair statuses.
-
Manages work orders and maximize customer service.
-
Gas invoices turned in per yearly gas reimbursement schedule.
-
Copies of charge slips turned in daily or on the next business day.

Master maintenance list turned in per schedule.
-
Keep record of van repairs and service.

Required to work weekends periodically (i.e., an "on-call" schedule rotated between maintenance team members. You will NOT have to work every weekend).

Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS:

Facility maintenance experience is a MUST.

Commercial equipment experience is a MUST.

Experience with maintenance work order software "MaintainX" is a huge PLUS!

EDUCATION: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and/or related subject preferred.
EXPERIENCE: MUST have experience with maintaining facilities, including but not limited to building repairs, ceilings, flooring, grounds, etc.
