What You'll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting high-quality furniture and home décor
- Provide expert guidance and personalized service throughout the sales process
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction
- Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and trends
- Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal and brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Use technology to enhance the customer experience and improve workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in home furnishings or a similar field
- Computer literate and comfortable with modern technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for quoting and financing
- Energetic, driven, and goal-oriented personality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Weekend and holiday availability
