SOMETHING EXCITING IS COMING TO BETHLEHEM- We’re looking for an experienced, energetic barista to help us build an exciting specialty coffee and beverage program at our establishment
This is not just a basic coffee-making position. We’re looking for someone who understands espresso and café operations but also has a creative side and enjoys making drinks that look as good as they taste.
Starbucks, specialty coffee shop, café, boba, smoothie, or similar high-volume beverage experience is strongly preferred.
What We’re Looking For
Previous barista or specialty beverage experience
Experience preparing espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew and iced coffee drinks
Comfortable working with flavored syrups, sauces, cold foams and specialty toppings
Ability to create fun, colorful and visually impressive drinks
Strong drink presentation and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Consistent with recipes, portions and presentation
Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
Clean, organized and dependable
Creative — we want someone who can bring ideas to the table

What we are is building a premium dessert and beverage experience, not a traditional coffee counter.
We want our drinks to be recognizable, colorful, fun and memorable. We’re looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of coffee but also gets excited about experimenting with new flavors, presentations and drink concepts.
