About Mid Atlantic Buyers
Mid Atlantic Buyers is a growing real estate investment company based in Old Bridge, New Jersey. We specialize in purchasing properties and creating solutions for homeowners throughout New Jersey and the Mid-Atlantic region.
As our transaction volume continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Transaction Coordinator who can take ownership of our transactions from signed contract through closing.
This is an in-office position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment, loves organization, communicates professionally, and knows how to keep deals moving forward.
What You’ll Do
As our Transaction Coordinator, you’ll serve as the central point of communication between our team and the attorneys, title companies, sellers, buyers, lenders, agents, and other parties involved in each transaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage transactions from executed contract through closing
- Open files with attorneys and title companies
- Track attorney review, inspections, title work, financing, closing dates, and other important deadlines
- Maintain accurate transaction files, documents, notes, and status updates
- Communicate regularly with sellers, buyers, attorneys, title companies, agents, lenders, and internal team members
- Follow up aggressively on outstanding documents and transaction requirements
- Coordinate signatures and required paperwork
- Identify potential problems before they delay or jeopardize a closing
- Keep management updated on the status of every active transaction
- Maintain transaction checklists and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinate closing details and confirm all parties are prepared for settlement
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to our acquisitions and dispositions
- Help improve systems and processes as the company continues to grow
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is organized, accountable, detail-oriented, and persistent.
You should be comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously and following up with people until the job gets done.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
- Real estate transactions
- Real estate law / paralegal work
- Title company or title processing
- Transaction coordination
- Real estate administration
- Mortgage or closing operations
Experience working with New Jersey real estate transactions and attorney review is a major plus.
