R.E. West Transportation is Hiring Experienced CDL-A Driver Trainers!
To qualify, you must have:
- 2+ years of OTR driving experience AND previous driver training experience, OR
- 4+ years of OTR driving experience and a willingness to become a trainer

What You'll Do
- Train and mentor new CDL-A drivers
- Coach drivers on safe driving practices, company procedures, and DOT compliance
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Must be comfortable sharing living quarters in the truck while training

Job Requirements:
CDL-A Driver Trainer Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- 2+ years of OTR driving experience with previous training experience OR 4+ years of OTR driving experience and a willingness to train
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- No misdemeanors or DUIs within the past 10 years
- Clean driving record
