Job Overview
A’s Auto Nation Dealership is hiring a Automotive Sales Associate / Car Sales Representative / Auto Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a contractor sales position with flexible hours, base pay, bonuses, and commission.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and test drives
- Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and walk-in customers
- Use CRM, texting, and phone communication to manage prospects
- Present financing options and close car deals
- Follow dealership sales process and guidelines
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus (auto sales, retail sales, commission sales), but not required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (CRM, email, texting)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly advance pay + Commission + Bonus
