The NetSuite Administrator will serve as the primary guardian of our NetSuite ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that combines functional business analysis with hands-on technical administration. The Ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and will be responsible for day-to-day NetSuite Operations and improvement of the NetSuite application. This role works closely with the Enterprise Systems Associate Director and other departments to support various business processes, drive user adoption, and maximize the platform’s effectiveness. The NetSuite Administrator also handles integration tasks, user management, and data security within NetSuite.
Technical Requirements
- SuiteCloud Customization: Expert-level proficiency in creating and managing Custom Objects, Custom Fields, and complex SuiteFlow (Workflows).
- Integrations: Proven experience providing technical oversight, hands-on experience customize and debugging API’s for third-party integrations, ensuring data integrity and seamless API connectivity between NetSuite and other enterprise tools. Ability to develop, debug and deploy integrations with iPaaS
- Platform Governance: Advanced knowledge of NetSuite security models, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), permissions, audit trails and refresh cycles.
- Technical Support: Ability to troubleshoot complex system errors and perform "root cause" analysis for end-users, analyze upgrade releases and provide the needed guidance to functional teams. Experience administering user setup, profiles, roles and workflow.
Functional Requirements
- Business Analysis: Strong ability to translate "business speak" into technical requirements. You must be comfortable interviewing stakeholders to map out process improvements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Skilled in developing Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Change Management: Experience leading user training sessions and creating documentation to drive platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- System Evolution: Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Compliance & Security: Act as the gatekeeper for data security standards, ensuring the environment remains compliant with organizational policies.
- Strategic Collaboration: Ability to work cross functionally with Business teams to evaluate new NetSuite features and biannual release upgrades.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the administration, support, or implementation of NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite best practices, including security, data management, and process automation and report development.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with supporting Audit and Compliance requests.
