We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal Technician to join our team! This role involves maintaining residential and commercial landscapes during warm months and providing snow and ice removal services during the winter. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter able to work in various weather conditions, operate landscaping and snow removal equipment, and deliver high-quality service to clients.

Landscaping Responsiblities
Landscaping installation involves turning a design into a physical outdoor space. Core responsibilities include preparing the site, operating heavy machinery (like skid-steers or excavators), and installing plants, sod, or hardscape features. Installers also haul heavy materials, ensure proper grading, and clean up the job site once construction is finished
Lawn Maintenance Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Driving a truck with a trailer and knowledge of backing a trailer
- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns for residential and commercial properties
- Pruning trees and shrubs, removing weeds, and maintaining flower beds
- Applying fertilizers, mulch, and other lawn care treatments as needed
- Maintaining sprinkler systems
- Operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and aerators
- Performing minor equipment maintenance and ensuring proper storage of tools
- Cleaning up leaves, branches, and other debris to keep properties well-maintained
Snow Removal Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Removing snow from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots using shovels and truck plows
- Applying salt, sand, or de-icing agents to prevent ice buildup
- Monitoring weather conditions and responding promptly to snowfall events
- Operating snowplows, skid steers, and other winter maintenance equipment
- Ensuring safe and effective snow removal while minimizing damage to property
Please note that employment requires the ability to adhere to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts during snowfall.
Qualifications
- Those with experience as a crew lead are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Valid driver’s license required (for driving company vehicles/equipment)
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts during snowfall
Requirements
- A valid CO driver's license with a clean driving record
- Having a determined, self-starter attitude
- At least 2 years of previous experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pull and back a trailer
- Good hygiene
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-time availability during ALL seasons
